As for stamps, it has been all my life, as most stamp collectors in my status, we have some good stamps, the value is there, some good money, but most are less than, but to be a collector you need both and I can get you started, we have First Day Covers, Plate Blocks, Singles, Used and new. We Have collected trading cards for a few years now as you can see from some of the pictures listed below. If you have looked at some of the pictures, you can see that far more are shown in each photo. the pictures are some singles and some with lots of cards, we have Baseball, Football, Hockey, Basketball, and other trading cards, some are single cards, others are Box Sets, Graded Rookies, Autograph cards, Topps, Upper Deck, Fleer, Just to name a Few, But the amount of cards are indescribable as you can see or will see!!!
What is a investment? Silver pre 1964 coins, wheat or steel pennies, error coins or paper, stamps, toys, records, cloths, cars, gems, art or precious stones? Well it could be any one of these, and stamps are a good place to start, you can collect sell trade a theme of, animals, flowers, and or space travel, any way you look at it it can be a cheap investment for getting someone started with a hobby to collect, sell, trade, or buy. Some stamps, coins trading cards, dolls, toys, or watches, can be worth a lot of money, but those are far and few to find but they show up all the time and after the years of retaining them gain a bit in value, but the value is in collecting them as a child, like stamps they come in your mail box every day from around the world, and are at the resale shops such as goodwill and garage sales, estate sales, and auctions, but it is buyer beware, so learn what is and is not of great value, and with the internet it is easy to find information on any hobby that you might have or want to get into and a value is only met by the worth of others.
